Return & Refund Guidelines – Prowaller

At Prowaller, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help — as long as certain conditions are met.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for a return or refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition — just as you received it. It should remain unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached, and packaged in its original box or wrapping. Additionally, a valid proof of purchase is required, and the return request must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at support@prowaller.com to start the return process. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you all the necessary details, including the return address and next steps.
Kindly note, any return parcel sent without prior approval will not be processed. The customer is responsible for securely packaging and sending the item back to us.

Received a Faulty or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives with damage, defects, or an incorrect item, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll assess the situation and make sure it’s resolved swiftly.

Non-Returnable Products

Unfortunately, we’re unable to process returns for:

  • Items that were damaged due to mishandling by the customer unless proof is provided that the damage occurred before delivery.
  • Orders placed with discount codes, during promotional campaigns, or under clearance/sale categories (e.g., seasonal sales, Eid promotions, final stock offers).

Need to Exchange Something?

If you’re looking to switch your product for another, the best approach is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved. Please note, a 35% service charge (based on the invoice value) applies for exchanges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you about the refund decision. If approved, 30% of the original amount will be deducted as service and handling charges, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your chosen payment method. Please allow 3 to 12 business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
