Our clocks are imported, primarily from China. Materials include high-quality plastic, glass, and metal depending on the design.
What’s the difference between sweep and step movement?
  • Step movement: The second hand ticks once per second.
  • Sweep movement: The second hand moves smoothly around the dial.

We take full responsibility for damaged or defective items. Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp, and we will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All ProWaller clocks come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I exchange the clock if I change my mind?
If you’re looking to switch your product for another, the best approach is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved. Please note, a 35% service charge (based on the invoice value) applies for exchanges.
What’s your return policy for watches?

To be considered for a return or refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition — just as you received it. It should remain unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached, and packaged in its original box or wrapping. Additionally, a valid proof of purchase is required, and the return request must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Do your watches come with a box?

Yes, all watches are delivered in original branded boxes.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to deliver orders quickly and efficiently.
Punjab cities: 3–4 working days; other provinces: 4–5 working days (longer for remote areas).
Deliveries may be delayed due to road blockages, extreme weather, or public holidays; thank you for your patience.

We use trusted courier services such as Leopards Courier, TCS, and Daewoo Express.

Can I order if I live outside Pakistan?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is under development.
